Allora Prosecco, King Valley, Victoria
From the King Valley, minimal preservatives, Expect flavours of ripe rockmelon, sweet lemon sherbet, and crisp apple with a hint of sweetness. The palate is alive with zesty energy, finishing on clean mineral notes.
Brundlmayer Gruner Veltliner, Kamptal, Austria
With its lifted floral fragrances, ripe fruit and cleansing acid, Gruner Veltliner makes the perfect wine for so many Aussie dishes - from chicken salads to fish and chips on the beach! This is a truly versatile medium-bodied wine with flavours of poached apples, wet slate and fresh stone fruit.
Muto Arinto, Riverland, South Australia
100% Arinto grown in organic and biodynamic vineyards. Textural and easy-drinking, with notes of lemon zest, fresh pear, nectarine, and floral aromas. 19 months on lees has resulted in a soft, rounded mouthfeel with complex yeasty, bread-like characteristics. Pairs well with richer seafood; crab, lobster, scallops.
Oscar’s Folly Pinot Grigio, Yarra Valley, Victoria
The Oscar’s Folly Grigio is a true Pinot Grigio. An inviting bouquet of fresh apple and flower petals is complimented perfectly by generous apple and nashii pear. This wine is designed for easy drinking and the balance between fruit character and freshness from the acidity is perfectly matched to create such a wine.
B.io Catarratto, Sicily, Italy
From the unique Island of Sicily and made from 55% Cattarratto and 45% Chardonnay this wine will truly blow your mind, with the perfect combination of rich fruit, herbal aromatics, hints of maritime influence and long textured acid this wine will be perfect for any occasion.
Deep Woods Chardonnay, Margaret River, Western Australia
With a wild ferment and some time spent in old oak barriques, this wine is showing distinct grapefruit and nectarine aromatics & citrus and gun flint notes circle the glass. Fresh nectarine and grapefruit flavours are underscored by energetic acidity.
B.io Nero D’Avola Rose, Sicily, Italy
This Rosato is made from one of the most important grape varieties in Sicily, both Bio dynamic and sustainably farmed this wine is great for all of the reasons. With plush red fruit and long dry acid this wine is both succulent and morish.
Gioiello Pinot Noir, Upper Golburn, Victoria
From one of Victorias most northern wine growing regions comes this fantastic representation of the new standard of wine making in central Victoria. With ideal growing seasons, and rich ancient soil varieties its showing dried red and purple berries and endless tantalizing spices, this wine is dynamic, savoury and expressive.

Folassiere Cote Du Rhone, Rhone Valley, France
From one the Southern Rhone Valleys largest producers come M. Chapoutier, with over 200 years of operation and bio dynamic farms all over France and Australia this brand never ceases to produce wonderful wines at great price and quality. This little Shiraz, Grenache blend has bright purple fruit with rich raisin characters, lingering anise and crunchy tannin.
Wanted Man Shiraz, Heathcote, Victoria
Heathcote is renowned for producing excellent Shiraz. Its rich, red Cambrian soil, cool nights and warm, dry days make for concentrated reds and deep, textural whites. Wanted Man Shiraz is a great representation of classic Heathcote shiraz, this Shiraz is full of warm, spicy berries and oak, underpinned with refreshing acidity and silky tannins.
